Odd Nerdrum Apprenticeship

I have had many requests for information regarding my apprenticeship with Odd Nerdrum. As for applying to his studio, you do so through Forum Gallery in New York. They then forward your info (biography and images of your work) to him in Norway. It may take some time for him to respond as he gets a lot of requests and his wife Turid handles all of the students. She also takes care of their three sheep, four kids, grocery shopping and making sure Odd has everything he needs to paint everyday.
